We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, TrustMark registered contractors and LABC Partner Members. We deliver a professional yet personal service, providing high-quality craftsmanship & technical excellence.

Our highly experienced team consistently produce quality craftsmanship with a combined accumulation of over 100 years practical experience!

A full priced schedule of works can be provided at a small fee, which would be absorbed should Redkey Construction Ltd be appointed as the main contractor. This fee would otherwise be non-refundable.

Management Team

Richard Rees BSc (Hons) MCIAT 

A chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists with over a decade of experience dealing with both Pembrokeshire County Council and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority with a comprehensive understanding of national, Welsh & local policy requirements, Richard would be a benefit to any project.

Well-versed in detailed measured surveys; architectural design; the production of plans; planning consultation; drafting of planning reports; design & access statements; sustainability assessments; drafting of detailed construction drawings; drafting of detailed construction specifications; and contract management.

Steven Rees HND Construction

In 1990 Steven started his construction career as a specialist concrete repair and pumping contractor before returning to education to become a fully qualified architectural technologist, attaining an HND in construction.

He went on to work for local architects; designing, drafting, detailing and overseeing all manner of construction projects. Realising his passion for building he moved on to work for a number of construction companies in managerial roles, involving personnel, project management & cost estimating.

Stevens’s mix of academic qualifications & trade based ability provide him with an excellent understanding of what it takes to drive a successful project.
