Port Lion, Neyland

Sun Room Extension Neyland Pembrokeshire

The project consisted of the conversion of an existing integral garage & store room to create an additional ground floor bedroom & luxurious bathroom. Additional internal alterations were required to link the conversion with the main residence.

An extension was constructed to the rear, creating a large sunroom with views over the Milford Haven waterway.

This traditional Pembrokeshire cottage required extensive yet sympathetic modinisation to create a suitable family home.

A pig sty & bunk house were converted to a luxury W.C/ shower room & childrens play room with sleeping mezzanine over respectively.

A bespoke glazed timber link extension was added between the main house and the converted bunk house.
